Return and Exchange Policy


At Closet by Era, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return but may be exchanged if stock allows.


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of sizes and designs.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

How to Initiate


  • Contact our Customer Care Team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.


Shipping Costs

 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.
  • In case of an exchange, shipping charges may apply for the new item.
