Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return but may be exchanged if stock allows.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges are subject to availability of sizes and designs.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in cases of damaged or incorrect items received.
- Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How to Initiate
- Contact our Customer Care Team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.
- In case of an exchange, shipping charges may apply for the new item.
